  • Higher contrast in, better color out. If the source is washed out, restore or enhance first.
  • Faces lead the result. Portraits colorize most convincingly; the AI is strongest on skin and hair.
  • Busy scenes are fine. Streets, uniforms, and interiors all work — the AI colors region by region.
